We strive for solutions that are mutually acceptable in case of any dissatisfaction with our services. We consider a refund only when the situation is beyond resolution through mutual efforts.

Through this statement of terms and conditions, Fabiolabs emphasizes that users’ use of the website is entirely at their own risk. Fabiolabs does not guarantee against any encountered data loss. By accepting these terms and conditions, users of Fabiolabs agree to assume full responsibility for their use of the website and any resulting consequences.
At Fabiolabs, a creative digital agency, every project holds significant importance, and we approach each one with the utmost care and professionalism. Our goal is to deliver results in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the proposal. However, if, despite our best efforts, a client is dissatisfied with the results and opts for the dispute resolution process, we handle refund requests based on the program detailed below, clearly listing our services and corresponding refund policies :
Full Refund :If a project has not been initiated or if the initial design style has not been approved, the Full Refund policy will be triggered after receiving the upfront payment. The refund process will take 90 days to complete from the date of the initial payment.
Partial Refund :If there is a failure to deliver in accordance with our delivery policy after the approval of the initial design style, the partial refund will be proportional to the work completed.
No Refund : If the project has been successfully completed and uploaded to the server.
No Refund : Given our provision of unlimited revisions, a refund will not be initiated if we create and fulfill the work according to the client’s instructions.
No Refund : If a customer simply changes their mind about a service, we are not responsible for providing a refund or replacement.
No Refund :If 30 days have elapsed since the service, you will not qualify for a refund from us. Refunds are only applicable within the initial 30 days of your service.
A project is not considered null and void unless the agreed-upon payments are settled and clear.
The refund policy does not apply if the necessary information for the successful completion of the project is not provided to us in a timely manner. Any delay or failure in project completion resulting from improper communication from the client cannot be attributed to Fabiolabs.
Fabiolabs is not liable to adhere to its delivery or refund commitments if the client provides incomplete information or fails to furnish complete project details at the onset of the project.
Compensation for delivery delays is not provided under any circumstances unless there is a signed agreement that includes a penalty clause for delayed delivery.
Fabiolabs’ liability is limited to the value of the incomplete portion of the project (as outlined in our proposal) at any given point in time. Fabiolabs is not responsible for losses arising from the services provided, not provided, or any associated delays. Refund liability only applies if the client cancels the project and communicates the cancellation in writing to Fabiolabs.
Partial refunds will be processed and mailed within 90 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be conducted using the agreed-upon payment method established at the project’s commencement, whether it is a refund by check or a refund by credit card.
Full refunds will be processed and sent within 60 business days from the cancellation date, utilizing the agreed-upon payment method established at the project’s outset, such as refund by check or refund by credit card.
Fabiolabs reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend this policy as needed. It’s recommended that you periodically review this policy. By continuing to use Fabiolabs’ website after any amendments, you automatically indicate your acceptance of those changes.
