Any creative work, artwork, images, or content produced by Fabiolabs on behalf of the customer will be the property of Fabiolabs and/or its suppliers. If the customer wishes to use these materials in ways other than originally intended, they must make a written request to Fabiolabs for the necessary permissions, considering that Fabiolabs holds the copyright. Fabiolabs may grant such permissions at its discretion. All requests for permission must be made in writing before any use of the mentioned creative work, artwork, images, text, or other data is permitted.
Users agree to indemnify and absolve Fabiolabs from any and all claims that may arise due to the customer not acquiring the necessary copyrights or permissions for their content, ensuring Fabiolabs remains unharmed from such situations.
Dominant Perception
